Uploadcare brand and website
Oct 2026
AI collapsed the cost of writing software, not the cost of running it. The teams this matters most to are the ones who'd rather not staff a file infrastructure team, whether that's a startup shipping in a weekend or an established product.
That's the gap Uploadcare owns, and the new brand is here to make that loud and clear.
Uploadcare was founded in 2011 to sell a widget for uploading files, with a backend. The logo was a loading indicator. In the years after, we built a lot of products, filling the whole file handling pipeline. We did a lot more processing, focused on visual content, effectively becoming an infrastructure.
This update is both a tribute to our roots and a vision for the future.

This is Pixel.
She’s smart, slightly sarcastic, quite friendly, but not very talkative.
Her past is a mystery. Sometimes she gets melancholic for no obvious reason, and her metamorphic abilities are quite spooky, to be honest.
She seems to know a lot more about us than vice versa, but we’re glad to have her around so far.

Thanks to
